I plan to ride Saturday morning leaving Palmer Park at 7 AM. The forecast has light winds all over the place with no firm direction, so we’ll decide where to ride on Saturday. Plan on 50-60 miles at a pace of 14-15 MPH. Hopefully, the rain and smoke will be gone! See you then.
Without rain last night the conditions did not improve for this morning’s ride. The ride is cancelled due to air quality. Stay safe.
I plan to ride from The Palmer Park wading pool at 9:00 on Thursday June 29. This will be the typical 12 mph but a shortened version of around 20 miles. I would ask that you evaluate carefully if you want to ride due to air quality conditions. Only you can make that decision.
